ScrippsSurfClock Constellations - completed desktop version, 2026-10-19

INSTALL
1. Extract the entire folder somewhere permanent.
2. Wallpaper Engine > Open Wallpaper > Open offline wallpaper; select index.html.
3. Set Wallpaper Engine Performance > FPS to 60. Enable audio recording for
   movement reactivity. These are app-wide settings, not bundled preferences.
4. For live surf, double-click Start-Surf-Updater.vbs after extraction.
   Optional: Enable-Autostart.vbs starts it at Windows sign-in;
   Disable-Autostart.vbs stops it and removes its startup shortcut.
   The updater retrieves the public forecast every 15 minutes. Keep the folder
   in place after enabling startup. Internet is needed only for surf updates.

INCLUDED CONFIGURATION
Snapshot of the active desktop wallpaper, not the website's jumpin preset.
Project defaults match the active install; there were no saved property overrides.
- Black background, no custom image.
- Sound changes movement only; dot size/color reactivity off; sensitivity 1.
- Pacific 12-hour clock, small seconds and AM/PM; brightness 78%, size 100%,
  left/top margins 104 pixels. No leading hour zero.

conditions. Clock, astronomy, reminders and constellations work offline.
